Rapid Roulette, a new concept in table games, debuts tomorrow (Thursday) at the Las Vegas Hilton. Rapid Roulette introduces “touch-screen” terminals, which are used by individual players to place bets on a roulette screen layout. By using the terminal, the player places bets by moving chips onto the areas they select. Bets can be placed anywhere on the layout, according to standard roulette rules; the total bet limited by casino rules. A single table can accommodate 24 players, depending on the configuration, and all players have a fixed time period to finalize their bets.
The New England Patriots have had a couple of close calls lately, according to Jay Kornegay, executive director of the Las Vegas Hilton SuperBook, but still remain perfect with a 12-0 record. “They are trying to become the first team to go undefeated since the 1972 Dolphins,” says Jay. “That Miami team was the only team in history to accomplish the feat.” Fans are able to wager on this historic run at the Las Vegas Hilton SuperBook. The Patriots are -200 to remain perfect and +175 they will taste defeat in one of their last four games. Those games include Pittsburgh, NY Jets, and Miami at home with the last game taking place in New York against the Giants.
