TIME AFTER TIME, MANILOW IS LUCKY
Barry Manilow, who completes his 2007 schedule headlining at the Las Vegas Hilton Nov. 27-30, Dec. 1, and Dec. 27-30, received the November Las Vegas Life “Best of 2007” nod for “Best Las Vegas Kitsch”: the Barry Manilow Wristwatch. The popular watch, a battery operated two-tone gold and silver timepiece with a picture of Barry surrounded by rhinestones, is available at the Manilow Store at the Hilton, open 10 a.m.-11 p.m. daily.

SCINTAS ON A BUS
The Scintas, who perform at the Shimmer Cabaret at the Las Vegas Hilton, recently visited passengers on the Scintas-wrapped Deuce Bus traveling up and down the Strip. Frankie, Joey and Chrissi Scinta and Pete O’Donnell worked the bus, shaking hands and giving out tickets to the show. “Laugh Out Loud with The Scintas” is presented Friday-Wednesday 9:30 p.m.

FISHING FOR TRIVIA
What game show host, who also shares hosting duties with Bob Eubanks and Jamie Farr on the “$250,000 Game Show Spectacular” at the Las Vegas Hilton, likes to angle? Answer: Chuck Woolery. An avid fisherman all his life, Woolery often speaks enthusiastically about bass fishing and sells his own line of fishing products, including "MotoLure," a motorized lure that emulates a small fish. Woolery, Eubanks and Farr bring some of America's most recognizable game shows together for the first time on one stage at the Las Vegas Hilton. The “$250,000 Game Show Spectacular,” has more winners on stage (more than 50 per show at nine shows a week) and gives away more money and prizes (more than $50,000 each week in guaranteed cash and prizes) than any other live game show in recent history. The show, produced live every Monday at Noon, features host Ira David Sternberg talking with the celebrities, entertainers, writers, personalities and community leaders who make Las Vegas the most exciting city in the world.

The popular Hacienda Margarita Restaurant and Cantina at the Las Vegas Hilton is getting a facelift and will re-open Thursday, December 6. In addition to guacamole, the restaurant’s specialties include spinach enchiladas, spicy burritos, chimichangas, crisp tostadas and tacos, as well as the chef's own sizzling fajitas.
